Biologically a female based on chromosomes. Born with an xx pairing which denotes the female of a species. For the purposes of URNA, if the sex on your original birth certificate says Female, then this is the proper choice, if it doesn't, then this is not the proper choice. Genetic Female is NOT interchangeable with Post Op M2F Transsexual. Having your Birth Certificate changed from Male to Female is not the same as having your original Birth Certificate state Female for the purposes of URNA. If you are a Post Op M2F Transsexual, then you should list as such.
